FIRST SHIPMENT PICK UP DATE CHANGE.
We were notified late last night the truck is on it’s way. Which means the truck will be here Monday morning. Date changes for pick up listed below. Pick up dates, April 7th, 8th or 9th.
PICK UP LOCATION: 14185 SQUARE LAKE TRAIL N, STILLWATER, MN 55082 – Note: this is NOT the Oakdale store. MAP LINK TO ADDRESS

Please note, these dates/times are subject to change. Check the blog or Facebook before you come to pick up as the dates can still change.
The First Shipment is scheduled to arrive on April 7th. Your pick up dates are the 7th, 8th, or 9th. You can pick up on any of these dates. This shipment is expected to arrive in the morning. We will post once they arrive, no bees will be distributed prior to the announcement on blog as we do not know what time the truck will arrive. You will not be allowed to wait and park on the road, please do not park on the road at any time.
On April 7th, there will be no schedule to follow. If you can pick up on the 7th, you are welcome to pick up anytime once we post they are here up until 7pm.
On April 8th & 9th you can follow the pick up schedule below. No need to call ahead. The schedule posted below is for the 8th & 9th. The 7th you can come anytime after they have arrived up until 7pm.
Pickup time will go by the first initial of your last name:
FIRST SHIPMENT PICK UP – April 8th & 9th.
U – Z 7:30 – 8:30am
C – E 8:30 – 9:30am
M – N 9:30 – 10:30am
S – T 10:30 – 11:30am
Crew Lunch 11:30am – 12:30pm
I – L 12:30 – 1:30pm
A – B 1:30 – 2:30pm
F – H 2:30 – 3:30pm
O – R 3:30 – 4:30pm
Open Time (if the schedule time is not possible) 4:30 – 7 pm
PICK-UP SCHEDULE: If everyone came at once there would be a long wait to get your bees. With the schedule, everyone is spread out through the day, and pick up is quick and efficient. If you live over 100 miles away or have a conflict with your scheduled time, come when you can. Otherwise, the “open time” posted is if you are not able to make your scheduled pick-up window.

We will not take credit or debit cards.
The OAKDALE Store is OPEN during bee pick up in case you need any equipment. Please refrain from purchasing items available at the pickup location from the store; these are reserved for customers not picking up bees, allowing for inventory to them at the store.
Oakdale Store Hours:
Monday April 7th: 9am – 5pm
Tuesday April 8th: 9am – 5pm
Wednesday April 10th : 9am – 5pm
Regular Store hours apply for Thur-Sat.
Don’t forget to put grass in the entrance after you install! If you fail to do this, your bees could abscond overnight.
If you still need to order bees, you can do so on our second shipment via the website.
