I will stop taking orders for the FIRST Shipment, tomorrow 3/27 at 5pm CT. SECOND Shipment cut off for ordering is 4/7 by 5pm.  If you want to order but haven’t yet, you should order online or at the store.  If you mail it in you will be too late.

First Shipment – Pickup dates: April 6th, 7th, and 8th
Please note: All dates and times are subject to change.  We will post an announcement on our blog and Facebook once the bees have arrived on the 6th.

On April 6: (No Schedule)

• Come anytime after arrival announcement

• Pickup is available until 7:00 PM

On April 7th & 8th you can follow the pick up schedule below.  No need to call ahead.

Pickup time will go by the first initial of your last name:

FIRST SHIPMENT PICK UP – April 7th & 8th.

U – Z   7:30 – 8:30am
C – E   8:30 – 9:30am
M – N   9:30 – 10:30am
S – T   10:30 – 11:30am
Crew Lunch 11:30am – 12:30pm
I – L   12:30 – 1:30pm
A – B  1:30 – 2:30pm
F – H   2:30 – 3:30pm
O – R  3:30 – 4:30pm
Open Time (if the schedule time is not possible)  4:30 – 7 pm

PICK-UP SCHEDULE: This helps reduce wait times and keeps pickup quick and efficient.  If you live more than 100 miles away or cannot make your assigned time, feel free to come during the open pick up window or when you can before 7pm.

The OAKDALE Store:

The Oakdale store will be open during bee pickup if you need additional equipment. Please avoid purchasing items from the store that are also available at the pickup location, as those supplies are reserved for customers who are not attending pickup and will rely on the store for their needs.

Oakdale Store Hours:

Monday April 6th: 8:00am – 2:00pm

Tuesday April 7th: 8:00am – 3:30pm

Wednesday April 8th : 8:00am – 3:00pm

Standard hours Thurs-Sat

After installing your bees, place grass in the hive entrance.  Skipping this step may cause your bees to abscond overnight.

If you still need to order bees, you can do so on our website.  As a reminder, cut off to order for the first shipment is 3/27 and second shipment is 4/7.
