Please note, these dates/times are subject to change. Check this blog every day and before you come to pick up as the dates can still change.
The First & Second Shipment is scheduled to arrive on April 23rd. No bees will be distributed prior to the announcement on blog as we do not know what time the truck will arrive. You will not be allowed to wait and park on the road, additionally please do not park on the road at any time.
On April 23rd, there will not be a schedule to follow. Come any time after we have posted the bees have arrived up until 7pm. No need to call ahead. Check the blog to ensure they have arrived before you come. The schedule posted below is for the 24th & 25th. If you are on the First or Second shipment, you have the 3 days to pick up your bees. April 23rd, 24th and 25th.
Pickup time will go by the first initial of your last name:
FIRST & SECOND SHIPMENT PICK UP – April 24th & 25th
U – Z 7:30 – 8:30am
C – E 8:30 – 9:30am
A – B 9:30 – 10:30am
S – T 10:30 – 11:30am
Crew Lunch 11:30am – 12:30pm
I – L 12:30 – 1:30pm
F – H 1:30 – 2:30pm
M – N 2:30 – 3:30pm
O – R 3:30 – 4:30pm
Open Time (if the schedule time is not possible) 4:30 – 7 pm
PICK-UP SCHEDULE: If everyone came at once there would be a long wait to get your bees. With the schedule, everyone is spread out through the day, and pick up is quick and efficient. If you live over 100 miles away or have a conflict with your scheduled time, come when you can. Otherwise, the “open time” posted below is if you are not able to make your scheduled pick-up window.

$70.00 – 5 gal Pro-Sweet
We will not take credit or debit cards because we are working outside and will have no way to process the card.
The OAKDALE Store is OPEN during bee pick up on Sunday and Monday in case you need any equipment. It will be closed on Tuesday.
Oakdale Store Hours:
Sunday April 23rd: 8am – 6pm
Monday April 24th: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday April 25th: CLOSED
Normal Thursday-Saturday Oakdale store hours still apply:
Thursday: 10am-5pm
Friday: 12pm-4pm
Saturday: 10am-2pm
Don’t forget to put grass in the entrance after you install! If you fail to do this, your bees could abscond overnight.
If you still need to order bees, you can do so on our website for the THIRD SHIPMENT. If you are on the THIRD shipment, we will post dates as soon as they become available. Currently, we estimate around the first week in May.
