Second Shipment – Pickup dates: April 17th, 18th, and 19th.
On April 17th: (No Schedule)
Come anytime, pickup is available until 7:00 PM.
On April 18th & 19th you can follow the pick up schedule below. No need to call ahead.
Pickup time will go by the first initial of your last name:
SECOND SHIPMENT PICK UP – April 18th & 19th.
U – Z 7:30 – 8:30am
C – E 8:30 – 9:30am
M – N 9:30 – 10:30am
S – T 10:30 – 11:30am
Crew Lunch 11:30am – 12:30pm
I – L 12:30 – 1:30pm
A – B 1:30 – 2:30pm
F – H 2:30 – 3:30pm
O – R 3:30 – 4:30pm
Open Time (if the schedule time is not possible) 4:30 – 7 pm
PICK-UP SCHEDULE: This helps reduce wait times and keeps pickup quick and efficient. If you live more than 100 miles away or cannot make your assigned time, feel free to come during the open pick up window or when you can before 7pm.
Items for purchase when picking up the bees. Price includes sales tax. Cash or Check only.

The OAKDALE Store:
The Oakdale store will be open during bee pickup if you need additional equipment. Please avoid purchasing items from the store that are also available at the pickup location, as those supplies are reserved for customers who are not attending pickup and will rely on the store for their needs.
Oakdale Store Hours:
Thursday April 16th: 10:00am – 5:00pm
Friday April 17th: 12:00pm – 4:00pm
Saturday April 18th: 10:00am – 2:00pm
Sunday April 19th: 10:00am – 2:00pm
After installing your bees, place grass in the hive entrance. Skipping this step may cause your bees to abscond overnight.
